The Federation of Greek Women Condemns the Attack by the Criminal State of Israel on Iran

‘The Federation of Women of Greece (OGE) denounces the massacre state of Israel, which by its planned and targeted air and missile attack on Iran opened the gate to war and threatens disaster to the peoples of the Middle East.

We strongly condemn the attack of the murderous state of Israel under the pretext of Iran’s nuclear program, which has the real aim of imposing the imperialist plans of Israel and the US in the wider region.

Already, casualties are heavy on both sides. Israeli airstrikes on the one hand and Iranian missile retaliation on the other are pushing the region to the brink of a general war.

We denounce the active involvement of our country in the imperialist massacre, which is the responsibility of the government and the other parties that support military cooperation with the murderous state, the state that commits genocide against the Palestinian people, that bombs Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen, and is now escalating its attack on Iran with the support of the USA and the EU.

We express our solidarity with the Iranian and Palestinian people, the brave Iranian and Palestinian women as well as with all the peoples of the region.

We are strengthening the strugg for the immediate disengagement of our country from imperialist plans and war!

We demand:

• The immediate cessation of our country’s military, political and economic relations with the murderous state of Israel.
• The closure of all US-NATO bases in our country.
• The return of the frigate from the Red Sea and the return of the Patriot battery from Saudi Arabia.
